    I enjoyed your beautifful thought provoking poem, easy flow and a great read.

    I might suggest to shorten this line to make the flow a little smoother:
    “Checking the dial tone with a hand on your cheek”

    As usual filled with raw emotins…

    Just try to extend the lines of stanza 1& 2 to match the others….

    I think I am at a stage in life where I can relate to anything for I have seen it, been through it or touched it.

    I believe that developed my talent to write about almost anything without being actually there at that moment :)
